Healthy Lawns Act (Bill 52-14) to restrict the use of lawn care pesticides on both public and private property was passed on October 6th, 2015 by the Montgomery County Council and became law October 20th, 2105.  

This is the first county in the U.S. to enact such a law. Safe Grow Montgomery is proud to have advocated for this measure with the support of our more than 50 partners.
